Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your White Cap soap. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at william@whitecapclean.com within 30 days of delivery, ideally with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to send anything back.

Unopened items

Changed your mind? You can return unopened, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Just email us first at william@whitecapclean.com so we can guide you through the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for non-damaged returns.

Opened soap

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened soap cans. If you've tried it and aren't happy, get in touch anyway — we read every message, and we'll do what we can to make things right.

Reusable Respenserâ„¢ caps

Respenser caps can be returned within 30 days as long as they're in working condition. If yours stops working properly within a year of purchase, email us — we'll replace it.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return (or approve a damage claim), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it goes through.
