Where we ship
White Cap currently ships within the United States only. We're working on expanding — sign up for our newsletter to hear when we reach you.
How we ship
All orders ship via USPS. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout, unless free shipping has been specified for your order or promotion.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.
Packaging
Everything ships in recyclable cardboard with paper fill. No plastic, no foam, no single-use waste.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local post office first — USPS occasionally marks packages delivered a day early. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, email us at william@whitecapclean.com and we'll help.
Wrong address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us within 1 hour of placing your order at william@whitecapclean.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the destination.
